Wholesale Information and Guidelines
The following information contains the requirements that
shops and home studios must meet to receive a discount on
our merchandise. To be sure that you qualify for a wholesale
order please read all of this info carefully before calling
or faxing an order. We hope you will understand that we are
trying to be fair to both shops and studios as we set these
new guidelines into place.
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
STATE RESALE CERTIFICATE
Please provide a copy of your State Resale or State Sales Tax
Certificate depending on what your state requires. To qualify
for a retail shop discount you must have a retail store that
keeps regular daily hours in a location other than your home.
We will also need your business phone and your home phone. To qualify for a studio discount please send us a copy of
your State Resale or State Sales Tax Certificate and the location
of your studio.
MERCHANDISE
We do not have a catalogue. All our merchandise is listed
on our website. We only discount tinware manufactured for
us and patterns published by Della. All of the tinware that
is marked Folk Art Tin is manufactured for us.
All other tinware listed is manufactured by others, but some
of it can be discounted if you order in large numbers. When
you are ready to order contact us and we can tell you what
arrangements can be made.
(Please note that the 29” trees can only be packed
two to a box or they would exceed the maximum length allowed
by UPS and FedEx. This is important because it makes your
freight more costly than the 22” trees…keep this
in mind in your pricing when you order the trees). We may need to contact you and adjust the shipping charges.
WHOLESALE AND QUANTITY ORDERS
Wholesale and quantity
orders must be placed well in advance. If we are out of a product it takes 90 - 120 days for us to get it to the states and for it to clear customs.
MINIMUM ORDERS AND DISCOUNTS FOR RETAIL SHOPS
A retail shop is one that is not in a home, it is a separate building in a business area and keeps normal retail hours. Your tin order must total $100.00 (after your discount) to qualify. A pattern order must total at least a dozen patterns to qualify.

12 or more of an item 40% discount
Pattern Discounts
40% Discount for a dozen or more patterns. Patterns can be mixed if ordered in sets of three of a title to meet the dozen minimum order requirement.

We will sell to a studio if it is in your home or if you teach in a civic building outside your home if you provide the State Resale or Sales Tax Certificate. The order must be ...
Tinware Discounts
Studios will receive only one discount:
12 or more of an item 30% discount. Your tin order must total $100.00 (after your discount) to qualify.
Pattern Discounts
40% Discount for a dozen or more patterns. A pattern order must total at least a dozen patterns to qualify. Patterns can be mixed if ordered in sets of three of a title to meet the dozen minimum order requirement
STATE RESALE CERTIFICATE
Please provide a copy of your State Resale Certificate or
State Sales Tax Number depending on what your state requires.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS and FedEx Ground for most of our shipments. We
can use US Mail for International shipments. It is not convenient
to ship US Mail so we limit these shipments. We have daily
pick up with FedEx and that is our service of choice. Their
prices are also less than UPS.
When you place your order please tell me if you are a business
that keeps normal business hours. If not it will be shipped
via UPS at residential rates. If the UPS truck delivers a
package that I have shipped to your home and I listed it as
a business address they will add a hefty penalty charge to
my account. Since they bill me I have no control or recourse
but to pay the amount they penalize me. Please be fair and
tell me what type of delivery the UPS man will be making.
If I am charged a penalty you will be billed for the excess
freight charges.
ORDERING FOR CLASSES
Our products are imported and it takes 8 weeks minimum for
the delivery of our merchandise. Try and order as early as
possible so we will be sure to have the product in when you
will need it. We are trying very hard to keep all the merchandise
in stock, but it is not always possible to anticipate the
needs of our products.
