PATTERN PACKET

The Winter Skaters Tray was painted in 1982 by Joyce Howard. This pattern packet contains one 5 x 7 photo, a full color photo of the design, the pattern, the directions and paints and materials needed.

Also enclosed, the preparation and application for wood and tin surfaces, the muddying technique, finishing touches and supplies for the completed project.  A portrait and biography of the artist Joyce Howard is also enclosed.
