FOLK ART RECIPE BOX
PATTERN PACKET

This Folk Art Recipe Box pattern was created by Joyce Howard back in the late 1970’s and was featured in a magazine article in 1979. This pattern contains one 5 x 7 photo, two 4 x 6 photos and a full color picture of the entire painted box. The paints, pattern, materials needed and the directions for this pattern are also included.

The application and preparation for wood and tin surfaces is also included as well as the muddying technique, finishing touches and supplies for the completed project. There is a portrait and biography of the artist Joyce Howard also enclosed.
